This was this woman's first tattoo and was bought for her by her mother as a reward for agreeing to go to speech therapy. She was ready to tell the world who she was, and knew a tattoo would help.

This design represents the good feelings from a relationship. Her husband took everything (including the silverware) when he left. The silverware pattern they picked out long ago, now the tattoo design, became the thing she kept when she committed herself to discarding the baggage.
